We work at the intersection of technology, operations, and design. Our role is to look at how a business actually runs — the handoffs, the backlogs, the spreadsheets nobody owns — and rebuild the parts that should not need a person.
GenZi builds and runs AI systems of its own before building them for anyone else. That is the discipline we bring to client work: narrow scope, instrumented outcomes, and systems measured by whether they survive daily operations.
How we work
Find and automate. We map where the hours actually go, pick the workflow where automation pays back fastest, and scope a system around it — with the people who will run it, not around them.
Build and maintain. We ship the system into production, wire it into the tools the team already uses, and keep it running. If a system cannot be handed over and operated without us standing next to it, we have not finished.
